Although I'm no expert waller I do need to give you a little piece of advice. You need to do more to a scan than just stick on a logo and your name. These two scans below are virtually identical to the two 'wallpapers' that you submitted.

I'm sorry, but we do require more work done to a scan for it to be accepted as a wallpaper.

My best suggestion would be to make use of The Sandbox, where you can bounce ideas off other members before submitting the final result.
